That's not saying it's NextPVR waking it though - it's just saying it noticed the machine waking up, so looked to see if there was anything special it needed to do.

This is the result if I wake the PC

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -lastwake
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 1
Wake Source [0]
Type: Device
Instance Path: USB\ROOT_HUB20\4&dba837&0
Friendly Name:
Description: USB Root Hub
Manufacturer: (Standard USB Host Controller)

The same command will tell me that NRecord woke the PC if I check during the wake/sleep cycle

Windows has nothing scheduled at these times and all other devices are prevented from waking the PC, in fact very little is installed on this PC as it is a HTPC only.
If I restart the PC it stops the cycle.
Strange as it only does it at night.

Seem like this problem has been around for awhile.
I have restarted the recording service in the past and it does fix it.
I will try setting it to restart late at night and see how it goes.
Its strange that it only happen at night after the last recording and when windows goes to sleep by itself. Also if it is cycling sleep/wake and I try to manually tell the computer to sleep it will wake a few minutes later. The only way to stop it once it starts is for Npvr to start a recording or I restart the PC or I Restart recording service.

There's a work around in that link to restart the recording service whenever it wakes.
