Audio capture bitrate wrong

Hi
I have a Hauppauge HD PVR 60. After installing NextPVR I updated the config.xml to have the audio capture at 256 kb/s. This worked fine until recently where it now captures at 96 kb/s. I haven't altered any settings and have tried adjusting the config.xml but audio remains at 96 kb/s.
