TV Guide not auto updating

Hi
Im in Aus region and tv guide does not auto update, Schedules Direct does not support Australia.

Is there is a manual way to update the tv guide daily?

I have attached the log file after updating through the interface.

What time is the auto update set to occur?

Please zip (not rar) all logs files (not just npvr.log) ... There is a button at Settings --> About that will create the zip file for you. Thanks.

You can update the EPG by pressing the Update EPG button at Settings --> Channels ... http://nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Co...n.Channels

Hi,
Auto update is checked at 9pm, I just changed it to 10pm.
I have attached the zip file as you instructed.
And I been updating the EPG manually, not sure why auto update does not working every time.
Is there is a way to run as window services?

Simply stated, there are two components to NextPVR. The Recording Service is a Windows service that runs continually in the background. It is the NextPVR Recording Service that records TV shows. The second component is the client software that you are using to set Settings and to view the EPG and watch recordings.

The Recording Service also performs the automatic EPG update. Some tuners do not cope well with an attempt to obtain EPG data while a recording is in progress. It is recommended to set the auto EPG update for some time in the midst of the night when no recording will be in progress (as stustunz says).
