Assembly load error for System.Data.SQLite on startup

guys,

i am getting this error on NPVR (version 3.9.2) startup:

2017-04-23 15:58:59.177 [ERROR][1] TV Listings: error reading settings from database: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.65.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

i also note that recordings are not being refreshed on kodi (unless i restart kodi).

could these issues be related?

NPVR would otherwise seem to be operating normally as far as I can tell.

Looks like something happened to your NET Framework assemblies folder(s). Not sure what version of NET Framework Sub used for NPVR 3.9.2. I would think you will have to reinstall that version of NET Framework to your system.

If you temporarily remove the TVListings plugin, does NextPVR start fine?

yes - it starts without error with 'tv listings' plugin disabled.

so is that plugin compiled with a different .net framework version? if that is the problem, how would i find which version to install?

I think you've somehow ended up with a missing dll in the TV Listings plugin directory (maybe SQLite.Interop.dll). You can probably get it working by reinstalling the plugin.
