Zero-length recordings - Logging

Got an error while trying to record two same-channel back-to-back shows last night, the 21st. Log seems to show that everything went normally but file sizes for both are zero. "Ready Recordings" shows that the first program, "Elementary," started at 21:59, "Failed" - "No errors but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal." The second program, "CBS 2 News at 11PM," shows no errors but the file size is zero with nothing to play back.

This is probably an isolated case, but the log does not appear to match the results. My recording history shows superb results but I thought I might raise a flag if other similar cases appear.

Can you help me understand what happened?
