I am not sure if this query should be here or in the NEWA discussion, sorry.
I am running NextPVR 3.9.2 on a Windows 10 PC and can access the guide etc from another PC on the network. What I can't do is access the stuff from outside the network, regardless of what username/password combination I enter. I have a DDNS registered with no-ip.org and port forwarding is set up through to 8866 on the NPVR server. Using Chrome on Android, I can see the login screen via the DDNS service but it consistently returns username/password invalid even after altering the info, restarting the service and even rebooting the PC. Although it shouldn't matter, I also tried it without success with the server firewall completely turned off.
It isn't a case-sensitivity issue - everything was entered in lower case both in the Clients section of NPVR setup and on the login screen via Chrome. I'm baffled but suspect that I am doing something simple wrong, so feel free to call me stupid if you have a solution.
