delete "Rosiemarkie": corrected typo to "Rosemarkie"

delete "Knock More": corrected typo to "Knockmore"

delete "Eitshall": corrected typo to "Eitshal"

delete "Presely": duplicate of "Preseli"

Just Granada to do now, and there are 80 of the buggers - lots of hills and valleys in Lancashire!
