Unable to communicate with recording service.

Next PVR 4.0.4 also tried 3.4.8

Trying to run NextPVR on a new machine.
I installed NextPVR 4.0.4 and I got the Unable to communicate with recording service error.
I tried downgrading to 3.4.8 and go the same error

Steps:
1- Installed Ceton software
2- Installed NextPVR 4.0.4
3- Renamed C:\Users\Public\NPVR .. configBAK.xml and npvrBAK.db3
4- Moved C:\Users\Public\NPVR .. config.xml and npvr.db3 from old machine to new machine
5- Rebooted

Reboot, try again, and if it's still not working then post the logs.

Under Settings>Devices do you see your InfinTV 6.

Does the InfiniTV Diagnostic tool give you the proper status for the InfiniTV 6?

I do see InfiniTV under devices
I did run the ceton diagnostics tool and the result I got was Unable to connect to recording device.

I rebooted and tried again, Same error and the logs are attached

Do you see nrecord.exe running in the task manager?

From the current logs, I'm wondering if you've got firewall or antivirus software blocking nextpvr.exe from being able to talk to nrecord.exe

Windows firewall was running.. I disabled it
Nrecord (32 bit) was not running. Neither was NPVR Recording Service. It is set to Automatic so I manually started it. Once I did, Nrecord started as well.
I rebooted with firewall off, manually started Nrecord which also started NPVR Recording service
Was now presented with "The Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder on your machine has MPEG2 support disabled. Please try another decoder."

Nrecord (32 bit) was not running. Neither was NPVR Recording Service.

These are one and the same.

As per the message, NextPVR can't use the Microsoft DTV-DVD decoder on your machine, so switch to a different MPEG2 decoder
