NextPVR Addon for OpenElec

Hello, where can I find the NextPVR addon for OpenElec (Kodi v17.30)?

The PVR add-ons list does not appear under Add-ons menu. Is it available in a repository?

Searching in google has yielded no definitive answer.

It's only ever included directly within the build. If you build doesn't include it, you probably don't have a genuine build. Either way, the fix is probably upgrading/reinstalling Kodi.

I'll try a fresh build and check again.

Also consider Librelec since most users and devs ppear to have switched from OE. Releases of LE are more in tune with Kodi.

Im on openelec 17.3 and the addon is there
Pvr clients
Nextpvr pvr client, is the name

Or even better install Martin's X-NEWA addon which makes Kodi look like NexrPVR! I have been running it for well over a year on a RPi2 among others currently on LibreElec 8.1.2 with Kodi 17.4.

Wow thanks everyone. Yes the nextpvr add-on needs be downloaded/installed from the openelec official repository. This link is hard coded in the openelec build. Then you will see pvr clients and nextpvr is in there.

Does x-newa work with nextpvr backend?

Testing digital TV streaming from nextpvr backend to orig. Raspberry pi was not great, video was slow and out of sync with sound. Adjusting frame rate helped with sync but wasn't great to watch still. Might try the newer rasberry pi version.
