Tuner Not Available Error Apparently Caused by LiveHandle Lease Renewal Failure

This morning I attempted to view a live TV channel in Kodi and got a tuner not available message.
My NextPVR server is a Windows 10 PC running NextPVR 4.0.4.

My first attempt was at 07:17:54 which failed. My second attempt at 07:18:20 succeeded.
The NRecording log shows numerous lease renewal failures until the successful connection occurred.

Is this lease renewal issue a source of the problem I'm experiencing?
Is there anything I can do to eliminate this problem?

I'm hopefully attaching the appropriate logs I saved for you to examine including the Kodi log.

That indicates a NextPVR bug from the Kodi time shifting logic that I have commented on numerous times but once again the logs don't go back to when the problem first started. Restarting the recording service will fix this until it happens again.

I don't understand how you can say the logs don't go back to when the problem first started. The problem started at 07:17 and the logs I attached clearly contained that time period. At the time of the event, I was not doing time shifting. I was initiating a live TV session which initially failed. I then hit the stop button on my remote and re-initiated the live TV session.
Are you saying the lease renewal failure is related to Kodi?

Looking at the NRecord log the errors were already showing in the first lines.

You don't have Kodi or web logs for that time.

I've attached all the relevant log files I could find from NextPVR and Kodi.
FYI, I did reboot my computer hosting NextPVR yesterday afternoon.

I haven't had any additional problems since this morning.

Unfortunately you really need to upload the logs right away when the problem occurs to help look for the cause. The problem was going on since yesterday.

2017-11-26 18:28:15.717 [DEBUG][31] Renew lease failed (0x19000A)

Since you are running on two RPi's you will also need both kodi debug logs.
