Hi...
I enabled full screen mode and disables animations etc on my PVR Interface. When I right click now I get the MENU showing up. I used to get another pop up letting me get into settings etc.. I can no longer do that. How can I get to the settings from the Keyboard? Or get our of full screen mode?

Thanks

Alt-Enter to get out of full screen mode.

Maybe try to get Settings from the tray icon.

Thank You that worked!!
One Note... The NPVR Service must be running to have it appear in the system tray. Smile AND the interface must be shut down for the settings page to open and display. Smile

I have the same issue having done the same thing that beach40 did to get me in this situation. I am not at all clear how you got to settings from the tray icon. Can you provide some more information please?

Right click on the application to see the context menu. Make sure you have 'stay on top' unticked, then select 'Settings'.

That worked for me until I changed settings. Now I cannot get to the context menu. It does not come up when right clicked any more.

That'll be because you unticked the 'context menu on right mouse button' setting. lol.

In Window mode, you can click on the 'n' icon at the top left of the window, to get the window menu, then select Settings. If you're in fullscreen mode, press Alt->Enter to get back to Window mode before doing that.

I suggest the first thing you do is go back into the Settings->General screen, and retick that 'context menu on right mouse button' setting.

Sub thank you. I just knew you had to have built in an escape route for us who just have to play with settings. Smile

So.... If you're like me, when you right click on the menu bar in the Windows mode, there's no settings option, here's your fix:

go to the C drive
users
public
nPVR - click on the main folder
right click on config.xml
click edit
scroll down about ten lines to General
go a few more to "context menu on right mouse button"
go to where it says "false"
change that to say "true"
control-S to save
restart nPVR
rejoice, haha

Thank you Chad for this fix!
