NPVR works fine using webui, but kodi will not load any channels.

I have been messing around with NVPR again, after using TVH for about the last 8/mo. I have NPVR setup with my IPTV provider, and everything seems to work great through the WebUI, including EPG data. I would try the iOS app, but it wont even load on my new iphone. But the big show stopper is Kodi isnt working with NPVR. it gets stuck at 0% on "loading channels from clients" for about 5min and does nothing.

I attached the zipped logs. Before I zipped the logs, I rebooted the PC where NPVR in installed, then loaded the webui from a different machine, and played a channel. I then stopped the stream and opened kodi on the same machine i accessed the webui from.

If you try to open http://127.0.0.1:8866/service?method=channel.list in a web browser, how long is it taking?

On the local host it took: 18sec
On another machine on the network it took: 25sec

Could you possibly zip up your npvr.db3, and PM me a download link for the file? I can see a couple of odd things in your logs, and I want to check what's happening with your channels.

Can you try updating you nshared.dll with the newer one attached, then delete your channels and reimport them? It should fix the pile of bad channel names you had.

Also try the Kodi->Settings->PVR & LiveTV->Clear Data feature after this, then restart Kodi, and wait a few minutes to see if it starts working. With this change I'm managing to get your channels and listings in Kodi, albeit with a bit of a wait at first startup

Now I can continue getting everything setup. I am hoping to get both my IPTV and my ATSC antenna in NPVR because I want to move away from TVH, its just too convoluted.

hi all first time ive posted .. i am trying to set up for the fist time .. but having major problems.. these are the symptoms i have with my set up.. so im hoping this will fix it. Where do i change the NShared dll .. thanks

Never use old NShared.dll on a newer version of NextPVR. Start a new thread and describe your problem in full and include your NextPVR logs.
