Unmute not working from right click menu

I can Mute a Live TV session from the right click menu, but cannot Unmute again from the right click menu. Sound can only be restored by exiting the Live TV session and restarting it.

Sound from NextRVR can be disabled (muted) and re-enabled (unmuted) using the Windows 7 Volume Mixer. I have observed that when NextPVR sound is muted using the right click menu that the sound is *not* disabled in the Windows Volume Mixer. I conclude that NextPVR muting is working independently of the Windows Volume Mixer.

Ideally I would like for both Mute and Unmute to work from the right click menu. I have the Default Audio Renderer selected under settings, but when I have tried other options with Realtek High Definition Audio I ended up somehow losing sound altogether and had to do a system restore to get back to a point where I could reinstall NextPVR and get sound back again with the Default Audio Renderer.

There was another post about unmute not working a couple of days ago. I've fixed it for the next release, but there is a work around that gets it working - set <VolumeControl>internal</VolumeControl> in config.xml. Yours will be currently set to <VolumeControl>none</VolumeControl>

Ah, thanks for that. I did look for any recent posts about unmute but clearly missed that one. I will try the workaround until it is fixed for the next release.
