I'm pretty sure that is not the case. There was no changes anywhere near this stuff.

You can check if icons are still working by opening a URL like this in your browser:

http://127.0.0.1:8866/service?method=cha...el_num=233

Replace "233" with a channel number of a channel that has an icon.

If it's still working, you'll get the icon in your browser.

web browser gives me the image, but they are not working in kodi and were before

There is heaps of threads on the Kodi forums, for both NextPVR and other PVR addons, over the last couple of years, about icons not showing up. I think their approach is just a bit fragile and prone to breaking.

Several people have just said it's easier change the Kodi setting to set the icon directory to point it at the NextPVR media\channels directory.

yeah in the past i found deleting all the images in the npvr addon folder on the kodi client has always caused it to re load them just fine. after updating the logos have stopped working on kodi for windows, on android and on libreelec. maybe the npvr computer just needs a reboot or something silly like that

I experienced the same thing (channel icons are gone in Kodi) when upgrading to NPVR 4.1.0. I reverted back to NPVR 4.0.5 and the channel icons came back in Kodi. The channel icons are always present in NextPVR but for some reason they are not imported into Kodi with 4.1.0.

I included logs which were captured after starting NPVR, then running Kodi on the NPVR server PC, then I cleared the channel info which caused the Kodi TV guide import from NPVR.

You need to provide the Kodi debug showing Kodi attempting to download the icon.

That doesn't look like a debug log, certainly no attempts to get channel icons show up.
