Will this setup work?

I apologise if this is obvious, I am new to this.

I'd apreciate any thoughts and help.

What I would like, is the haupage WinTV-PVR-USB2 linked into the PC providing TV, then GB-PVR running on the PC as an MVP service linked to the MVP connected to the TV.

Will something like this work?

Well, the reason I was considering this setup was because of it being portable when travelling, although it will mainly be used at home.

Will there be quite a big performance difference between this and a 350?

The usb2 pvr works fine with gbpvr and mediamvp as I have one in my setup.
