Jittery video/Audio not in sync

Hello everyone.
Here I go again. I hope someone can help me. The video is jittery and the audio arrives first. It seems to be with Kodi. When This happens I quickly start recording in NextPVR. When I play back the video it plays correctly with no issues with audio.
I also have found out that if when the video is jittery and the audio is not in sync if I pause it for about a min or so when then press play it seems to play correctly with no audio issues.
I sure hope someone can help me with this. I am loosing my mind over this. I have spent countless hours testing NextPVR and do not want to abandon the project.
I have included the logs from Nextpvr as well as Kodi.

Are you using Kodi on Android? This seems to be pretty buggy from what I can tell.

It's likely to be something to do with Kodi itself rather than issue in the NextPVR addon or NextPVR. NextPVR just delivers Kodi a copy of the original stream, and Kodi is responsible for the playback.

Thank you for getting back to me. I am using Kodi on an android box...
I am trying to get the Nextpvr to act like a client to do away with Kodi. See my post regarding that I had replied to Graham.
