black screen for some reason?

I have windows 10 all was fine now i see the black screen when i try to see any channel..

maybe the problem was appeared after i put the pcie card to plex to see live tv.. but i dont like it and remove it from there.. as i see i cant also view from nextpvr..

can someone help me?

It might be that your tuner isn't working properly, the logs don't show it locking onto any signals and there is an error on tuning

Also make sure you have LAV set as all your audio and video decoders, right now it relies on system defaults which is not good.
