Video freezing

OK, I have a weird one for everyone to think about.
I had been watching an IPTV channel this evening. Every one n a while the video would freeze. I would have to back out and relaunch the channel.
I decided to record the channel. The channel also would freeze while recording it. I went back to play the video and it would stop recording at the same point where the video froze.
I have enclosed the logs as well. I will say the problem has been happening to me while watching tv on a NEXTPVR client on windows. The logs were too large from the server. If you think the logs from the server will help let me know and I will put them up on onedrive.
The issue happened around the 5:30 to 6:15 pm time frame.

Any thoughts?

Are they .ts or .m3u8 streams?

Ultimately it's not that uncommon for IPTV streams to drop out temporarily.

The m3u is playlist file that contains the streams. Are the streams .ts or .m3u8 streams? If it's not obvious, PM me the m3u url and I'll check for you.

If you can zip and attach the server logs covering the time of a recording that stopped prematurely, I'll check.

What time was the recording that failed?

Around 6pm

Look in your Recordings screen and tell me what time the recording started.
