NPVR Recording Service service is marked as an interactive service but not allowed?

I just did a Windows 10 Repair Install and saw this in the event logs

"The NPVR Recording Service service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly."

Checked an old thread which suggests the DWORD NoInteractiveServices should be set at 0? Mine is currently 1.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows

Is this 0 value still correct in NextPVR?

(I didn't change anything this was a recent new install).

I don't think it matters. It can be either 0 or 1. NextPVR's Recording Service doesn't try to display any windows or tray icons or anything.
