When you're playing live tv, every 10 seconds or the client needs to tell the server it still needs the stream, otherwise the server will free up the device.

Maybe see if reducing the bitrate helps.

I'd say this wasn't a lease issue there is a stop request

Perhaps you navigated off the window? Maybe tell the browser to open the window in a new tab.

Did you maybe leave the app temporarily (or some app did something that caused it to leave the app)? This will stop the stream.

It consistently happens to me. Video freezes around 20-30 min mark. Only with live tv though, never with recorded tv. Figured sub would fix when he got back to android app.
