Diagnosing my bad picture

Hi All,
Im attaching a couple of images the left is my main PC build and the right is my HTPC (technicaly and Unraid VM but the problem im seeing i have seen on most other HW that isnt my main PC.

there is obviously nothing wrong with NPVR its done it on all versions it just so happens im running v4 on my pc and v5 in the VM

like i say i have seen this on my shuttle, another tower pc and this VM all have plenty of system resources to do the job.
Im using PCTV 291e USB tuners x2 in the UK

Somone had suggested power may be an issue but these are running directly off the motherboard or a PCI card it makes no difference.

Also the audio is choppy

Any ideas...

You recently posted on another thread https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...=PCTV+291e so not sure why you expect new answers.

Also using the browser client is not a good test since problems are multiplied, you need to compare direct play.

Well, because this problem doesent seem related to the VM, i have had it in lots of situations.

If anyone was aware of the type of signal break up im getting and could pin point where they have seen it before.

As i said in the VM post i have had good results there but it seems like now im getting the old problem.

I think i qualified it by differentiating it in my first post but if not then if anyone can suggest reasons for digital break up given on only one of my machines its working well and on all others i seem to get a lot of signal degradation then that would be really helpful?
