Kodi NextPVR Client Add-on couldn't be loaded

I finally have TV working via Kodi on localhost and have started trying to access from other LAN computers. I've tried Android Kodi and Windows 7, both will not connect to the server. If I click TV, in the upper right corner "PVR manager to starting up" will appear but never change from 0%. All computers and tablet are using the same NextPVR add-on. 

I've checked using a second not internet connected router with different subnet settings to make sure my ATT router isn't blocking :8866 and nothing changed. 

Also checked using Kodi :8080, which works fine on localhost but not remotely. 

Ports 8866 and 8080 are both allowed tcp with ufw. 

A ping of the server (running Ubuntu 19.04) works fine.

Please help! What am I missing here?

Almost all errors like this are having the wrong IP or PIN for you NextPVR backend configured. The default for 127.0.0.1 isn't going to work.

The way to test if it is firewall or routing is http://backendip:8866/index.html from the remotes

After that logs are needed. Note if you are using FF and V5 it can corrupt the PIN if autocomplete is on. If you had posted your logs with your message we might have seen that.

I've double and triple checked the backend ip on both of my cleints and the PIN is 0000.

Uploading logs takes several steps. If you have Kodi logs that helps too.

Are there NextPVR logs on the client end? I'm not finding them.

It looks like you entered http/ in the hostname, just enter the IP

I think the plugin is adding that as I've only entered the IP and when I checked it was at the beginning so I deleted it, restarted Kodi and tried again with the same error. Here's the Next PVR section of the log.

That is not close to the same error so is the server up? If so send your NextPVR logs. You can get them from settings page of the web server
