Settings/Channels Blank

I'm using the Docker AMD64 version. I was able to set up my service on with the new version. I am unable to do anything in the Settings/Channels page. I can click on the Advanced Tools and I see 3 options, Auto Merge, Auto Map and Channel Groups. Channel Groups brings up a list of all the groups on the right side of the screen with delete options (Trashcan) Clicking on the trash can doesn't do anything for me and I see no way to edit the channels. I would like to assign certain channels to different EPG data but there is nothing on this screen to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT : I can delete groups, it just takes awhile. Still no channel listings to edit.

There should be a wrench icon on each channel which lets you change the name, number and epg source. Also make sure that javascript is enabled and occasionally you may need to hit ctrl-f5 to refresh the screen.

If you don't have any channel lists at all upload your logs.
