I have just tried to update the Logo zips in the v4 Wiki - mainly to include the updated logos that disappeared from the forum attachments when the software was updated.
I can log in to the Wiki, but I am getting a [Cannot modify site -- $EnableReadOnly is set] while trying to add attachments. Also they are not attaching to a post in the forum - I'm guessing, that at 5.5 Mb they are too big although it doesn't say so.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

Yes, it was set to read-only a couple of months back when we moved to the new web server. The intention was to leave the old v4 wiki as it was, and move forward with the new wiki at https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki, which would clean things up and focus on v5 and above.

Where on the old wiki were you putting the logos? I just had a quick look but couldn't find them. Was the a page, or just an attachment somewhere?

I was attempting to update the 3 Freeview Logo zips on this page:  http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...annelLogos

What is the limit on zip file size on the forum? I could put the updated files on the logo thread for now until the v5 Wiki is up and running on all cylinders.

I've tried to configure your account as allowing 20MB attachment. If you have any problem, let me know.

Just tried to add a 5.5mb zip to the new thread I just started - doesn't appear to be attaching.

Hmm, ok.

I wonder if this is a perfect opportunity to get some else using the new wiki. If you'd like to give it a go, I can give a description of the general process you'd go through to add stuff to the wiki.

Are you familiar with git? (no worries either way)

Attached is the original file from the wiki converted to markdown using pandoc.  The links are all to the wiki but it is quite easy to update links add files etc.

Good idea, sub. Please count me in. And, no, I'm not familiar with git.
