let's start with xmltv with url not working and not automatically mapping on any system

I checked many different sources (only manual addition of each station works correctly)

same file on linux after adding location (Add XMLTV Lineup)  XMLTV [/home/guide.xml],

/home/guide.xml   works correctly.

on Docker  adding (Add XMLTV Lineup)
/storage/nextpvr/guide.xml or different locations do not work at all

The usual reason for this would be the that the station names in the xmltv do not match the names of your broadcast stations. NextPVR isn't magically going to know they're the same station if they have different names. If you want to PM me a download link for your npvr.db3 and xmltv files, I'm happy to check why it's not auto mapping the stations for you.

I'm not sure if there is a question in there. If you've put the file in a location that is mapped into the docker container, and entered the correct path that docker will see the file as, then NextPVR will be able to load it.

On docker if you are using something like this https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid532496 the source file will be /config/guide.xml

Sorry, I don't follow you.

If you supply the files, I'll check for you.

If you're saying from the initial IPTV import, supplying both the m3u and xml urls, the mappings are missing - PM me the urls, and I'll try them here.

It's very common for IPTV providers to only provide listings for a subset of their channels.

oh i remember that
path specification
  /.config/guide.xml
/config /guide.xml
/storage/.config/guide.xml
/storage/config/guide.xml

no luck (coreelec,libreelec)

I probably have some permission error
on linux (vps) this configuration works without a problem

It will only be /config/guide.xml via NextPVR and the file would be stored in /storage/nextpvr/config/guide.xml if you installed with my script.
