.zip   logs-20200121-2101.zip (Size: 59.38 KB / Downloads: 3) I reset my Windows 10 test server then did clean install of V5. Running NextPVRServer.exe it detects my new SAT>IP tuner then about  gives an error. A second computer with Windows 10 which has never had NextPVR installed gives the same error message. With no local tuners installed there is about a 30 second pause before the error

Do you end up with devices listed on the Settings->Devices screen?

I connected two DVB-T tuners which are listed in Windows devices but not listed in NextPVR V5 web app devices. As it happens on two completely different clean installs I wonder if a file is missing from the install but the old install still had file from an earlier version.

I have found a work around which got NextPVR V5 working on my clean install of Windows on my V5 test server. I found an a disk with an install of V5 from August 2019 and installed the latest version on that and no error message. I renamed the NPVR directory on my V5 test server then copied the working NPVR directory from the old disk so NextPVR V5 is working again and finds local tuners. This seems to suggests a file or files were missing from the current install. I did hope to do a directory comparison to identify what was missing but there is a considerable difference between the contents of the two directories.

Do you still have a recent V5 previous version I could download? As I said above if I do a clean install of the latest version I get an error when NextPVRServer is run and no local tuners are detected on several different PCs. However if I install an old version first then install the latest version the error goes and local tuners are detected. Unfortunately I lost my earlier versions when I did a clean install of Windows on the test server but found a version from Aug 2019 on another disk so NextPVR could be using some quite old files which may be causing some problems.

I saw that several days ago and it looked interesting so did the check but got no error so did nothing, However just downloaded it to two PCs and with a clean install of the latest V5 version I no longer get an error at startup when it starts to look for local tuners. So no longer need to install the old version first!

Thanks again Martin!
