XML exception

I am falling at the first hurdle ... NextPVR can't find my tuner.

There is an XML exception in the attached log.  I have included a filtercheck log.

Is that one reboot? There are many reports of NextPVR starting and making the request before the network is available.

I think that the NextPVR Service is not "installed" to run automatically.  I am starting NextPVR with nextpvrserver.exe running in a Command Prompt ... I am starting it long after any reboot.

Yep ... Deleted NPVR-data and deleted the executable folder and re-unzipped ...  I am running from a folder called NextPVR in the root of C:.

"Could not find Unmanaged.dll or one of its dependencies" ... unmanaged.dll is in the folder.

No, it is running, because I can see the first line of the output.

I've got some improved error reporting in this device discovery code for the next build.
