Unable to download channel lineup: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

Fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04, nextpvr v5 HDhomerun
Why do I get this error even thought nextpvr has logged into my schedules direct account.

Maybe try re-entering your SD username/password. Sometimes browsers try autofilling the main app login into the SD login fields.

Alternatively, post the logs and we’ll take a look.

Same error after re-entering your SD username/password. What folder or folders does nextpvr installed into on ubuntu? What folder are logs saved in? What format are the logs so I know what to open them with.

Download the logs from the Setting page in the browser.

For linux it could be anywhere you didn't explain how you installed it.

Installed per nextpvr guide from here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59390
curl https://nextpvr.com/nextpvr-helper.deb -O
sudo apt install ./nextpvr-helper.deb --install-recommends

Still would like to know what folder it installs into in ubuntu if that info is available.

What do you open the logs with?

The app is in /opt/nextpvr the data folder starts in /var/opt/nextpvr

Logs are windows text files zipped for easy uploading.

What exactly are you doing when you get this error?

The only specific error I saw in the log file I looked at was this:
