I thought I had it right, but i still had 4.2.4 installed with 5.x. Now that 4.2.4 is gone, so are all of my recordings and pending recordings. Is there a way to move them so that they are in 5.x?

Really like the 5.x interface and the way it works with Kodi (better video quality and faster load times) but not having any recordings show and having all of our scheduled recordings go missing makes me nervous!

Thanks for all of your work on this Sub! Happy to provide more feedback as I find any issues!

If you're still on Windows, you can just copy your existing v4 database from c:\users\public\npvr\npvr.db3 into the c:\users\public\npvr-data\ directory, then start app and should come up with your existing recordings etc. You'll still need to make sure your recording directory is set to the correct place, so that new recordings show up where you expect them to.

sub, I did as you suggested, but now after restarting the NextPVR Windows service, nothing is showing in any of the pages of the web interface. Am I missing something?

That should be all you need to do. If you stop the service, and run NextPVRServer.exe, do you see any error message?

Apparently I wasn't patient enough! Everything looks good now, will see if everything records as it should this evening. Thanks as always for your help sub!
