Yes and no it depends on the client.

I'm testing the web app and the desktop app.
I couldn't see any way to do it in either.

The web app doesn't but the desktop app and UI clients should if you brought over youf npvr.db3. There is no UI to edit it but if you know what you are doing you can edit it with sqlite or update it from v4
