Can't Record Series - S.W.A.T. TV Show

I am trying to record the TV show, S.W.A.T and am not able to setup Record Series, but record once works. I am wondering if the periods after each letter is causing the problem as I do not have this issues with other series recordings.

Here are the steps.

- From the NexPVR web interface, I click on Search and enter S.W.A.T. and click Search
- I click on the link to set the recording options and when I click Record Series or Advanced, it does not save my choice to setup the recordings.

I am using NextPVR 5 on Linux.

Using linux this works fine here. You should post your NextVPVR after a failed recording so we can check what is happening.

I will not have a failed recording because I am not able to setup the recording. It is interesting that you are able to add S.W.A.T without issue. I have attached logs.

Seems fine, you just aren't recording the duplicates

I am not trying to record the old duplicates, the only one I am trying to record is the one that airs on April 8th, 2020 and then any future new shows. I have attached logs again after selecting record once. Then I clicked on Scheduler to change the recording from Record Once to Record Season (New Episodes), the show/entry is removed from the Scheduler page.

NextPVR is doing what it is supposed to. EP026965470101 is the upcoming show Stigma You may have deleted it inadvertently so you need to do this as a one off.

I am not sure I understand, what is the upcoming show Stigma?

I did not delete it, the system did when I clicked on Scheduler to change the recording from Record Once to Record Season (New Episodes), the show/entry is removed from the Scheduler page.

Stigma is the episode name for the SWAT show you are looking for.

I can't duplicate the scenario you describe without actually deleting the future recording first.

It is interesting to me that you do not have the same issue, what version of Linux are you using? Is there any way for me to clear anything and try again?

Debian 10 buster but I feel confident is saying it is not linux.

The best way to test again would be to clean out the recently deleted entry. If you have an sqlite editor you can do it from the command line or desktop.

The command you want is

delete from RECENTLY_DELETED where unique_identifier = 'EP026965470101';
