Best card for Satalite PVR (DVR), HELP?

Hi,
I'm new and want to get a HTPC up and running. I plan to connect to my Satalite set top box using s-video. What should I get in a card? Do I need a TV tuner or just a video capture card? Any suggestions or Recommendations?

I'd probably go with the Hauppauge PVR150. It also includes the IR Blaser required to control the satellite reciever.

I didn't think it had S-Video in? Never mind it does have S-Video.
