Just related to HDHR scanning? or is the NShared.dll no longer compatible with the current build? (I've been changing some interfaces, so the latter is a definite possibility)

I just saw the "breaks everything" message. On Linux, if I put the new .dll into /opt/nextpvr/system do I need to restart the NextPVR service, or is it loaded each time I do anything with the web page?

You would need to have restarted the NextPVR service.
I'd hold off for now though.

OK, I'm new to this, but I dropped in the new .dll (renamed the existing one first), then did a server restart. It looks like my Schedules Direct username / password were dropped, and the existing scan for the cablecard device also appears to be gone.

No longer compatible I think , I was getting a dialog unable to open setting etc and channel, listings etc which were all blank. Putting back the old NShared all was good. It must be a recent change my beta NShared from a few days ago was ok.
Looking at what the existing code is doing tcpdump Code: 18:06:09.068661 IP lenovo.43610 > HDHR-103B4218.http: Flags [P.], seq 95585430:95585508, ack 2429234567, win 502, length 78: HTTP: GET /lineup.xml?tuning HTTP/1.1 It is the tuning request failing it seems to run discover.json after the legacy call. You might need to put that earlier version back in place for now. I've got to shoot out for a bit, so will need to revisit it a bit later.

Unfortunately I had to change the interface to something, and it's broken my ability to provide an updated dll. I'll try and get a new build out in the next couple of days.

OK, I've put back the original .dll
Also: tooltip for whatever "Keep digital tuners primed" is supposed to mean?

It basically gives you faster live tv startup, and channel changes etc. It keeps the device alive between uses, so that subsequent uses of the device don't require the extra time to load and start the device.

FYI, I'm having Martin check a test build for this issue, because he is able to reproduce the same problem, and he already had access to test builds.
