Hi,

I've been using NPVR very successfully for many years, thank you for a great application.

I have dual boot machine with Windows 10 and Arch Linux. I have recently updated NPVR to the latest V5 on W10 and it runs fine as expected.

I have also now successfully installed and have it running on Arch Linux. However, scanning finds the same number of channels but the order is shuffled. A fairly minor problem, but any suggestions on how to correct?

Thanks!

If you increase the scanning time does that help? There is supposed to be a drop down somewhere but I don't see it for me devices.

Try scanning again. There is a good chance it'll get your channel numbers the next time.

Thanks for the replies, but it doesn't seem to let me scan again on Linux? Is there something I need to delete?

Just delete the channels and rescan.

After deleting the channels within the web interface, I couldn't rescan. But not this issue, so I deleted all NPVR data and restarted. Could then rescan but with the same result.

Ok, do a scan then post the logs and I'll take a look.

Produced the logs and tried to attach to this message but the file is marked with a large red cross on it and I cannot send it. Below is the terminal output at the time:

I have attached a screen shot of the channel list in incorrect order.

You need to send zipped logs and make sure the zip file is 2MB or less. If it is larger use cloud storage and provide the link.

The file is over 11Mb so this should work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xG8p0r3...sp=sharing
