I get zero length recordings now and again. Logs say "No errors, but no data delivered". I think it occurs after resuming from sleep. If I get the error I reboot PC and then all is well for a week or two. Logs attached.

Could you check the Windows Event view for logs not sure why logs are ending abrubtly bur wake for EPG still seems to work

Your signal may be low

2020-06-17 21:59:22.308 [DEBUG][5] locked=1, present=1, strength=42, quality=67 (took 4532ms to check)

How is live TV working?

In my experience, the usual culprit of failed recordings with this error is poor signal strength. There are a lot of entries in your logs reporting similar to

"2020-06-17 18:59:13.758 [DEBUG][4] locked=1, present=1, strength=42, quality=67 (took 4438ms to check)"

That looks like weak signal and poor signal quality to me. Signal strength varies with the weather so if a weak signal is involved, reliability of recordings will vary dependant on atmospheric conditions.

I can't see anything in the logs suggesting this is connected to a resume from sleep but if you feel it only occurs then, the culprit may be a problem with the Hauppauge driver not resuming correctly.

Certainly I'd be looking at signal strength as the first port of call. None amplified Aerial splitters are notorious for lowering signal strength.

Signal for my area is listed as borderline on the BBC Four multiplex and is often troublesome {off air until later today), BBC Two isn't but I agree it may be the weather as LiveTV seems poor at the moment . Can't find any errors in Windows logs that mention NextPVR. I'll see how it goes. Thanks.

OK got some more info. A recording failed on Tuner 1 today and when I discovered this a few hours later I tried to scan channels on that tuner and there were none but on Tuner 2 they were all there. As I usually do I rebooted the PC and both Tuners scanned channels OK. BTW I don't think the failure was after resuming from sleep. I've attached logs but they will be a bit messy since I was trying various things before deciding to do the re-scan.
I'll go straight to re-scanning next time I get a failure to give cleaner logs!

That looks like a signal error, nothing to do with sleep.

2020-06-23 14:14:27.248 [DEBUG][4] locked=0, present=0, strength=100, quality=0 (took 4578ms to check)

Is WinTV working ok with PIP using both tuners?
