Trying to figure out what these event viewer error messages are telling me.  I am on 23H2 Windows and reinstalled the drivers again with no issue.  I then turned off core isolation, even though technically shouldn't have to do that with the drivers, because they install with no issues.  I have the USB quad tuner and PCIE quad tuner (first model) from Hauppage and a HDHR connect.  All tuners have the same antenna feeds.  One channel that is local gives out a lot of signal and is always at 100%.  I think I may be getting over signal on this RF 18 (CBS and CW), but can't do much about it as the other channels need the boost.  Recently, had string of failures from RF 18 stations, but now I am getting NEXTPVR SERVICE stopping due to the devicehost errors.  Not sure what to do at this point.  Maybe, I will try a different operating system.  Been happening on/off for like a year.

I see channel 18 failing on your Silicondust tuner for sure with no signal. Does it play in the HDHR app or in hdhdr_config_gui to vlc? If so you might need to rescan it it could be different from your Hauppauge tuner.

Not since it is failing on the HDHR device a new OS platform won't help.

I guess that the signal was completely missing.  I figured it out.  The station changed the frequency with absolutely no notification to viewers that a RE-SCAN would be needed to keep watching.  It went from 18 to 28 overnight.  Thanks CBS!  CBS also had two week long outages in early 2024.  I can watch that station with absolutely no problems when I did test capture on RF 28.  I just did a ts capture of the Hauppage PCIE tuner on problem channel and attached it.  There is no issue tuning the channel on any device.  I hope this solves the problem.

Also note if your two tuners are merged you will need to rescan the Hauppauge tuners too.
