So I have installed and scanned for all of the channels available over QAM and have used Schedules Direct for all of the regular cable channels but we have about 20 in house generated channels that we distribute around our building and I would like to have something more than "No Listing" on the screen for those channels. is there an EASY way to add this custom EPG data? some kind of scheduler that I can update saying that on friday at 9pm we will have such and such a program on? This is not data that I need or could use a grabber for as my channels are not listed Anywhere in the world. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

XMLTV will do what you a want. However do you have the commercial license for NextPVR? This doesn't sound like personal use.

Martin,
Can you be more specific how XMLTV will do what i want? I have read everything i can on the XMLTV site and still cannot figure it out.

As far as a commercial license, this is currently in testing mode and not something that is deployed, If i can get the EPG to do what i want fully then I can work on proper Licensing.
Thanks!

XMLTV is an extension of XML specifically for TV shows. So if you generate a file every day in that format with your in-house channels, they you can have NextPVR import it and show it in the guide.

If sub says he is ok with it I can help out. You will need to contact Schedule too since it is also personal use only.

Ideally you can get sub to automate something when you get the commercial license.
