Error downloading. The request was aborted: Can not establish secure SSL\TLS connection.

Thats my first installation. Is there any other installer? Or a way to solve that/ I am running win7 64bit.

Do you have SP1 installed on your Win7 install?

Thank for the solution. After installing and finding channels they all loaded up and downloaded epg but none of them playing. Its saying Stream failed transcoding exited. Recordings also not working.

Unfortunately because sub doesn't accept mp3 as a valid web standard for audio some of your streams are unnecessarily transcoding and that seems to be causing an error. Did you try with Kodi or NextPVR.exe which don't transcode?

Your PBDA tuners doesn't seem to be working but sub wouldn't need to confirm. Perhaps you need CA support which NextPVR v5 doesn't support.

Your TBS 6981 should be working but there have been issues with non English character sets that is fixed for the next release.

I tried with kodi and android app there is same problem. I think i dont need any transcoding cause i receve decoded signal. is it possible to turn transcoding off somehow? I was using dvblogic dvblink server before and its hopefully still working but they closed their company so i am looking for an alternative now. And please explain me what is sub i might not know some terminology.

Sub is the author of NextPVR and he is the only one that knows the inner workings of the program.

Because the logs you sent where the web app and Android, transcoding was used. Perhaps send NextPVR the log with Kodi playing

I actually wanted the NextPVR logs while Kodi plays. Certainly it looks like you need to reset the PVR database via setting to clean up the database.

For kodi logs just paste to paste.kodi.tv is probably easiest and I would need the debug logs, but lets see what is happening on the backend first.
