Recoding directory and Padding, Why ????

Hi,

Set - named folder for downloads on web app , but.... recordings dont go there , why ?

Also set padding , pre + post , on  desk app but no effect on recordings , have to make it manually each time for each rec. on web app , why ????

Looking for Logs ... ... Set a recording to recreate the problem and then post logs telling us the time that you set the recording and the name of the show so that we can find it in the logs ... Thanks.

The recording service doesn't run as your user account. It runs under a special account called 'localsystem'. This account does not have access to your c:\users\pedrobello directory.

Try setting the recording directory to somewhere it'll be able to record to, like c:\recordings, or c:\users\public\videos

It looks there is a language issue in the post recording transcode logic. If you just normal recordings do you have a problem?

i use normally TVMosaic and recordings go fine into c:\users\pedrobelo\downloads directory.

I record with TVMosaic without issues , waht u mean by 'language issue ' ? Normal recordings with Mosiac , no problem at all.

you say ' c:\users\public\videos' but is not same as c:\users\pedrobelo\downloads ? Why is diferent ?

what I can do is download from web app to my folder , so manually, of course I would prefer auto.....
