TV guide does not take into account the change from summer time to winter time

Since today and the change summer time to winter time, the line in TV Guide time and the scheduler are not at the good time but 1 hour forward
ie: record stars at 13h instead 14h

System date is OK, I tried a server reboot and update EPG but the problem remains.

Are Kodi and the NextPVR PC app ok? Do recordings start at the correct time? I believe there were displays issue in the web app on the day of timezone changes previously.

You are certainly right
Recordings start at real time , tv guide display as one hour shift for all TV programs
I don't use Kodi with NPVR I just use web UI on port 8866 to schedule recordings
NPVR runs on an Intel E8500 5Go under Openmediavault (Debian)
