I realise the easiest way to find out is to try it, but would anyone happen to know if I move a TBS pci-e card to a different slot on the mobo, what will I have to do - reboot and carry on watching TV, rescan for channels, chuck every NextPVR setting out and start again ?

My guess is that NextPVR will see the tuner(s) as a new device(s) after the move.

Before the move ... copy npvr.db3 so that you can easily go back if needed ... Export Recodings ... Move the tuner and do a scan for channels if necessary... Do an Update EPG to force NextPVR to reschedule recordings.

If NextPVR has not scheduled the recurring recordings ... Delete the Recurring Recordings and import the recurring recordings xml file

Usually that'd be fine. The only situation it can get a bit sticky is if you've got multiple of those TBS devices, and not all tuners are being treated the same. (ie, you've got 2 TBS devices, but only using one of them in NextPVR)

Thanks for that. Sound quite reasonable. Will give it a go, though I usually take my time...
