Filter Check / Old TV Tuner Card

I can now access devices however my tv tuner card does not appear, the tv tuner card does appear in the windows 11 device manager and shows it is recognized by windows and I have it upto date on the drivers, also my tv tuner card does show up in NextPVR settings/clients and i am using a dual tuner card and both show up in NextPVR settings/clients and both show up in windows 11 device manager but neither one shows up in NextPVR settings/Devices. 
I ran filter check and this is what log displayed

Too little information on your tuner card. NextPVR doesn't have built in support for analog TV cards, USB capture cards or digital cards on Windows without BDA drivers.

My tuner card was not recognized when i ran the HAUPPAUGE win-tv driver so my older tv tuner card maybe not compatible with windows 11
i am gonna order this HAUPPAUGE WinTV-DualHD Dual USB 2.0 HD TV Tuner for Windows PC 1595 and give it another try
