Multiple failed recordings yesterday

I'm not sure why but I have multiple failed recordings from 11/5.

Error "Failed: the operation has timed out"

The stopped recording shows after the other one starts and then there is a tuning fail.

I'm unaware of any change but I had a rash of failed recording again yesterday.
