Channel Icon Displaying as "Broken"

Hello,

I'm running NextPVR v5 on Windows 10.  I use Schedules Direct for my EPG and channel icons.  Channel icons generally download and display correctly, but occasionally they don't.  Sometimes no icon appears in NextPVR's TV Guide, sometimes the correct icon appears, and sometimes a "broken" icon appears.  That broken icon appears like this in the TV Guide:

When I check Users>Public>NPVR-Data>media>channels, I see that no icon in the TV Guide corresponds to either no icon in this folder or an icon that has the "wrong" filename.  However, when a "broken" icon appears, I can always find a file with the correct name.  When I open this file using Windows Photo, the correct channel icon displays.  I can't detect any difference between files containing icons that display correctly and those that display the above "broken" icon.

How can I cause the correct channel icon to display in this case?

Edited to add:  When I previewed this post, the icon displayed correctly.  Now I'm getting gibberish.  I don't know how to fix that.  My apologies.
Edited to add:  If I run the Desktop App, the offending icons display properly, but they display the broken icon in the Web app.  They also display correctly in Kodi running on the "server".  However, Moreover, the same channels display the broken icon on my RPi running OSMC, which is connected to NextPVR over my home network.

Correct.  In case it's helpful, they're not displaying correctly in OSMC over the network either.

The Kodi addon runs in osmc too. Once it downloads a bad icon it will stay.

In my case, the downloaded icons are good.  If I open the files in Windows Photos, they all display correctly.  They display correctly in the desktop app, and they also display correctly in the instance of Kodi that is running on the same computer as NextPVR.
The "broken" icon displays in the Web App and also an instance of Kodi (OSMC) running on an RPi that is network-connected to the computer running NextPVR.

I understand that the same addon runs in OSMC and Kodi, but the icons render correctly on one machine but not the other.

As another test, I moved all channel icons from the channel folder to a temp folder.  The web app displayed the "broken" icon for all channels.  Then I moved the icons back to the channels folder and rechecked.  The broken icon displayed for all the "offending" channels.  I also made sure to check that the files had the correct names for all the offending channels.  They did.

You might need to zip and attach a few of these broken icons, so I can try them here.

Please ignore OSMC since it uses the same addon. Kodi gets the icon once. If it is corrupt it will stay bad until you remove it. Maybe zip up the broken icon and attach it or even better do a proper diagnosis delete the offending file, run the update icons option in NextPVR and send the logs and the bad file.

Not that TMS doesn't have propoer icons for every channel especially some obscure OTA channels.

I've attached a .zip file containing icons downloaded from Schedules Direct that do not display properly in the web app (or Kodi).  They do display properly in the desktop app.  Interestingly, perhaps, nothing displays for these channels in the web app or Kodi; i.e., the "broken" icon no longer shows.  The space for the icon in the guide is simply "blank".

I deleted all channel icons from the channel folder and re-downloaded them all by navigating to settings>guide and clicking "Download channel icons".  Those are the icons that I've attached.

I understand that SD does not have icons for all channels.  My experience in this case is that there won't be a file at all for such a channel, so, obviously, there is nothing to display. 

Also, possibly noteworthy, some of the files in the attached .zip were "incorrectly" labeled; e.g. one file was named MeTV  .png instead of MeTV.png.  The channel name in the guide is "MeTV" (without spaces), so I understand why the file with the extra spaces in the name will be ignored.  For these cases, I renamed these files to match the name in the guide and the icons would still not display.
