seek on recordings

Does the seek work on recordings? when i try to seek it just halts the video and errors

Yes on clients like Kodi and NextPVR.exe

From the web client recordings can work but unless you are specifically using the option to post process recordings it can be challenging. As a result playing in-progress really could be a really difficult.
