Help with NextPVR live viewing - Android

I see that some people have had trouble integrating NextPVR with Jellyfin. I did at first but (v4.x jelly) after some tweaks, I didn't. I used M3U and put in the ip address, port, & pin & it all worked. But the only way I can watch live TV is by using a browser, not the android app (Pixel XL with LineageOS). I get a "Playback Error - no compatible stream.

Jellyfin is not a great client and with v4 it is even worse. Basically the jellyfin devs think NextPVR is a niche addon and don't care about prioritizing any issues. For a phone I suggest upgrading to v5 and using sub's addon but Kodi should be worth a try as will. Emby should be working too and jellyfin with the v5 addon is also worth a try.
