Hello,

One of the channels that I can see when I navigate to settings>channels is 11.1, KTVT-DT.  It's the Dallas/Fort Worth local CBS affiliate.  If I open the desktop app and look at its TV Guide, this channel appears.   Similarly, when I launch Kodi, the channel appears in its guide.  However, when I look at the guide in the web app, it doesn't appear.  I just generated a set of logs, which are attached.

This is not a big deal for me, since I only rarely use the web app for anything other than adjusting settings, generating logs, and checking to see if programs I've scheduled have been recorded.  In particular, I seldom use the web app for TV viewing.  Having noticed it, though, I thought I'd mention it to the team here.

Thank you.

On the Settings->General page, is Channel Group set to 'All Channels'?

Yeah, so 11.1 KTVT-DT is probably not enabled in that channel group.

Martin

It was, as Martin points out, set to Other Networks.  When I set it to "All Channels", then it appeared as it should have.  I think channels that were not part of my "Other Networks" group appeared in the guide when I reported this issue; that's why I was confused.  Also, I don't remember selecting a channel group at all on the Settings>General page.  I guess I must have done that inadvertently while navigating that page awhile back.

Now, if I switch back to Other Networks, only those channels that I placed into that group appear.

All appears well now.  Thanks for the quick response.
