I have no Settings Menu in the Web App or in the Desktop app. I am not prompted for a username or password.

I've been using NExtPVR4 in Windows 10 for years. Decided to uninstall and try NextPVR 5.  I performed a complete uninstall as shown in several other posts, by deleting all NextPVR folders from "Program Files" and "Program Files X86", and "Users/Public". I ran NPVRSetup.exe as administrator.  The NextPVR service is running.

From Config.xml:
  Version 5.1.2
   BuildDate 210603
   LastNotifiedVersion 5.1.2 (210603)

Update:
I actually just fixed the problem, but I'm still posting this, in case it helps someone else.  I just realized that the "Web APP" was opening in "Internet Explorer".  Changed my system default web browser to Chrome, and everything is good now. It asked for a username and password, "Settings" menu is there, and all of my ATSC tuners are visible.

Glad you got it sorted. I don't think I ever tested Internet Explorer with the NextPVR web app. It's unlikely I'll address this given Internet Explorer is pretty much dead and buried these days. All the common web browsers should be fine.
