Hi. My wife reported this to me for a solution and I could not solve it so I am passing it on. This popped at least several versions ago, as it used to work ok in earlier days I am told.
Starting from the TV GUIDE screen in the client the mouse generally works ok on most of this screen. The problem centers on the "3 bars and MENU" in the top left of the client. You can travel most of the TV GUIDE screen with your mouse and select or get action by one click of the left mouse. Oddly this is true for the MENU button only some of the time, usually a minority of the time.
I can travel the TV Guide and with one click view the story line of each tv show. However if I return to the top left I would expect that one click on MENU would return me to the previous screen. However MENU ignores mouse clicks most of the time. The only available options are 1) hit ENTER once with the mouse over the MENU button or 2) hit escape twice.
If I do slide my mouse over to GROUPS or KEYWORDS it suddenly recognizes a mouse click but not when I return to MENU, only ENTER. The odd part again is that clicking on Group or Keyword changes something possibly randomly because on occasion when returning to MENU it will accept a mouse click and return me to the previous menu.
This HTPC is on Windows 10 Pro with all updates applied every day as Mr Softee sends them over. Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 currently
Maybe someday a solution can be found.
