Kodi and NextPVR question

i've a htpc jogging windows eight.1. i would love to look at live tv and probably report a number of it inside kodi. am i able to just installation an usb dvb-c tv-tuner in the system, and set up nextpvr (or perhaps some opportunity?) on it, as well as the addon in kodi, and be able to watch my channels live, and perhaps report some of it?https://omegle.onl/ vshare

Yes, you should be able to installed NextPVR on your Windows 8.1 machine, with a DVB-C tuner for watching live tv and recording. Kodi has an addon for talking to NextPVR, to extend those live tv and recording features to Kodi.
